Welcome to AirFit, a service operated by PanImpact Ventures Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All content, data, analysis, tools, and designs presented on the AirFit platform are the exclusive property of PanImpact Ventures Inc., unless otherwise noted.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of any content, including but not limited to availability signals, regulatory overlays, or ranking algorithms, is strictly prohibited.

2. No Automated Access

You may not access the AirFit platform using any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means without our prior written consent.

Violations of this policy may result in legal action, including but not limited to IP blocking, DMCA takedown requests, and claims of unfair competition under applicable laws.

3. MVP Disclaimer

Some data shown is part of an MVP prototype and may include demonstration-only content. Final production deployments will use licensed or publicly sourced data only. See our Disclaimer for details.

4. Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide may be used freely by AirFit and PanImpact Ventures Inc. without restriction.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (or your primary jurisdiction if otherwise agreed).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the AirFit platform.
